Everyone knows that your teeth is made for eating, and should be clean twice daily with toothpaste, some people will floss as well and some uses mouth wash.
From birth we are born without them showing but as we age we begin to grow and they erupt from the gums , most babies from the age of 6 months then start having their first tooth.
The first primary teeth as a child are called milk teeth, then followed by the other in the later stage of childhood.
Taking care of our teeth means brushing everyday a regular check up at the dentist, practicing from a young age will ensure that each and everyone makes it a daily duty to keep their teeth clean.
Not taking care of your teeth will result in plaque built up, bad breath, rotten teeth and other discoloration of the teeth. Plaque is a thin coating of bacteria that grows on your teeth Plaque also causes gingivitis which is gum disease that can make your gums red, swollen, and sore.
Your gums are soft pink tissues in your mouth that hold your teeth in place.
Maintaining a fresh breath for regular people with bad breath is easy as one two three, mouth wash gives added protection and freshness.
Choose the best toothpaste with benefits, some toothpaste contain whiting benefits or extra mint for fresh breath, fluoride protects you from cavities.
Proper maintains by a dentist is needed to keep all areas of your mouth clean, the dentist tests the enamel and lets you know if the tooth is decaying.
If there is any decay the dentist will notify you and let you know when it’s appropriate to remove the tooth to prevent further decaying and affecting the rest of the mouth.
The tongue is just as important as the teeth, without it we wound was not able to talk or swallow. The tongue is the first thing to let you know your month needs to be cleaned; the tongue can be cleaned with a tongue scraper or a cleaner, its design to clean the tongue.
Our tongues collect food and other debris that create a coat of bacteria on the tongue.
The gums are just as important as the rest of the mouth, the gums get clean each time you brush your teeth and it is the stuff that holds your teeth in place. Don’t forget to choose a soft toothbrush and if you smoke you may want to choose a more thicker bristle.
Try to avoid acidic food or food that’s high sugar, some food helps the decaying of teeth and bad breath. The food we eat breaks the teeth down slowly and cause them to break or sensitive. If you have sensitive teeth choose a toothpaste with the right ingredients that will prevent the sensitivity.
